Above Toys deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and couriers. This means we can deliver toys anywhere within Australia. This includes deliveries to residential addresses, business addresses and even Parcel Lockers and P.O Boxes!
Shipping Rates
Free shipping applies to online orders over $99 which are of standard size/weight for delivery within Australia.
To keep our delivery prices as low as possible, we work hard to get volume discounts from Australia Post and couriers, which means we will provide you with the lowest possible price we can offer.
Shipping rates are influenced by the size and weight of the product, your location and the shipping method you choose. At checkout you will have the option to select Express or Standard Delivery. Exact shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart.
Handling Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order provided products are in stock and payment has been cleared.
Shipping Times
Shipping times depending on your location within Australia and the shipping method selected. It will take longer in peak periods or where our transport partners are experiencing delays.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order is dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses / Non Collected/ Return to Sender Orders
If you need to update your delivery address after you have placed your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible, we will try to hold your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
Please note:
- If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, decline to accept or non collection, the return fee of $15 and original shipping cost will be deducted.
- Re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to incorrect addressing or non-collection.
- If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection, please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days. Re-shipment fees will apply for re-shipping an order if it is returned due to non pick up.
Oversize Items
Oversize items will be quoted for on a 'per order' basis. Once the order is placed, we will contact you with a freight quote for freight on the order. You will then have the choice to accept and pay for the freight or cancel the order.
